These general conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions by which the company Traço Impecável, Unipessoal, Lda. with VAT 514120487, with headquarters at Rua Conselheiro Joaquim Machado, nº 21, 8600-682 Lagos (hereinafter "Braided Leather") will be governed.
Braided Leather's service consists of the provision and supply of a set of products, in order to allow the user, to which the condition of customer, the order and online purchase of the products presented therein is assigned. The use of the Braided Leather store implies full acceptance and agreement of all parameters set out in the Terms and Conditions described, as well as the Privacy Policy in force at the time you access Braided Leather. If you do not accept, in whole or in part, any of the conditions stipulated must not make purchases at Braided Leather. The content, domain, information present and made available on Braided Leather are the property of Traço Impecável, Unipessoal, Lda. or have been granted to braided leather, and are thus protected by copyright and related rights. Any and all use, reproduction, copying or dissemination of visual, audiovisual or written content is subject to prior approval by Braided Leather. The client undertakes to fully respect the conditions and rights referred to, as well as to refrain from acts that may go against the law and rights such as copyright, related rights, among other laws applicable to the use of images, videos, content, etc. without the express approval of Braided Leather. Braided Leather cannot be held responsible for any misuse of such products.
PAYMENT METHODS Braided Leather offers the following payment methods: ● Credit card ● Bank transfer After the payment is complete, Braided Leather will proceed with a standard check so that it is possible to process and ship the order. The customer will receive an email confirming that the order is paid, as well as the corresponding invoice.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY All products available on Braided Leather can be purchased, except in cases of stock breakage or limitation, as well as on-demand products, the availability of which may vary. In case the product is no longer available after the purchase has been completed, Braided Leather undertakes to contact the customer by telephone or email as soon as possible in order to expedite the process with the customer. If it is not possible to comply with the delivery date for reasons not arising from our responsibility the customer will be informed of this situation, and will be able to proceed with the purchase, to establish a new delivery date or to cancel the order, with the full refund of the amount paid.
FEES AND TAXES At Braided Leather the prices shown are in Euros, and the appropriate VAT and tax rates are applied according to the law in force, which are already included in the price shown.
CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER Braided Leather reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud or customer misconduct, as well as for technical reasons unrelated to Braided Leather.
FREE RESOLUTION If the customer wishes to terminate the contract, they can do so by e-mail lr2020@braidedleather.pt or by completing the contact form available at Braided Leather, 14 days upon receipt of the product. Upon terminating the contract within the legal period, in addition to the return of the product, the customer must return any offers that accompany the main product. Braided Leather must refund the amount paid upon receipt of the returned order accompanied by the purchase invoice, proof of payment and return form. The refund will be made by bank transfer, and the customer must send his IBAN and other relevant information to the email lr2020@braidedleather.pt. The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the products, except in the case of delivery of the products in the physical store.
COMPLAINTS The customer may lodge a complaint regarding any question, act, information or service provided regarding Braided Leather through the email contact lr2020@braidedleather.pt .
DISABILITY NOTICE When creating and using the Braided Leather account, the customer is responsible for maintaining the account, confidentiality and for all the activity coming from their account. By creating the user account and placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in its most up-to-date version. Braided Leather is not responsible for any information disclosed by third parties, technical failures or any other problems that prevent access to and proper functioning of the online store.
